PAYMENT/RETURNS
POWER EQUIPMENT REPAIRS
RENTALS
ALL GAS-POWERED EQUIPMENT IS VALID FOR RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. IF COMMERCIAL/PROFESSIONAL USEAGE IS REQUESTED, ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE INCURRED.
Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Welden Hardware, LLC from and against any claim, demand, cause of action, loss or liability (including attorney’s fees and expenses of litigation) for any property damage or personal injury arising from Renter’s use of Equipment by any cause, except to the extent caused by Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Renter must provide full name, address and credit card before any equipment is in the Renter’s possession.
Rental periods include:
RENTER TRANSPORTED
If Renter does not return equipment in same condition as prior to rental, excluding normal wear and tear items (belts, etc), Welden Hardware, LLC will charge the Renter the costs to repair.
If Renter does not return equipment by the contracted return time/day, Welden Hardware, LCC will charge the Renter additional lost rental period (example: if Equipment is scheduled to be returned by 12:00pm and Renter does not return it until 2:00pm, Renter will be charged an additional half-day rental fee for that Equipment).
- $5 minimum for any credit/debit card purchase ~ No Cash Back
- Receipt required for all returns
- No returns after 30 days
- Refunds for debit cards: Under $40 ~ cash back, Over $40 ~ store credit
- No returns on storm/emergency related purchases
- No returns on covid-19 related items (cleaners, paper goods, etc)
- No refunds on the following: electrical, custom mixed paint, power equipment parts, ladders, bagged goods, hand trucks or special orders
POWER EQUIPMENT REPAIRS
- Estimated jobs are required to be paid up front (1/2 hour labor charge)
- For those machines with more than 1 gallon of fuel, a gasoline disposal fee may be charged, price may vary depending of quantity of fuel - to avoid this charge, please remove all fuel before dropping off equipment for service. Please call for details.
- ALL REPAIRS ARE GUARANTEED FOR 60 DAYS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF FUEL-RELATED ISSUES. FUEL MUST BE TREATED WITH PRESERVATIVE. Proper storage for any equipment: completely fill gas tank with engineered non-ethanol fuel, or new gas with an ethanol-treatment. DO NOT run dry. Use fuel shut-off valve if applicable. Run monthly during off season.
- A storage charge of $20/month will be added to the bill if the machine is not picked up within 30 days upon repair completion. If the customer does not pick up or take delivery of the machine and/or pays the repair bill after 60 days, the machine will be forfeited to Welden Hardware and deemed as as abandoned property.
- If a machine is deemed "unrepairable", customer must inform us immediately if they want the machine returned AS IS (unassembled). After 30 days, the machine will be forfeited and potentially scrapped at Welden Hardware's discretion.
- If pick-up is requested by Welden Hardware, the equipment MUST BE accessible in the driveway area so as our delivery truck can access the machine via ramps/winch. If at the time of pickup and the machine is not available/inaccessible for pickup, the customer will be charged additional fees. This includes, but not limited to, machine is behind cars, lawn tools/furniture, in back yard, covered with other items, etc. Welden Hardware is not liability or responsible for any other personal property other than the machine(s) that was requested for service pickup.

- Half Day (Sunday) 8:45am – 12:45pm OR 12:45pm – 7:45am Monday
- Full Day (Monday – Saturday) 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Full Day (Sunday) 8:45am – 7:45am Monday
- Full Day (Monday – Saturday) 8:30am – 4:15pm
- Full Day (Sunday) 4:30pm Saturday – 8:45am Monday
